What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ depends on the tin size and whether we use an existing mold. With our ready-to-use mold library, many items start as low as a few thousand pieces. Contact us for a specific quote.
Do you provide free samples?+
Yes. Stock samples from existing molds can be arranged for evaluation. Custom samples with printing may carry a small tooling and sampling fee, which is often credited back on your production order.
Are your tins food-safe?+
Absolutely. We strictly adhere to FDA and REACH compliance standards. Our tinplate is food-grade with food-safe interior coatings, suitable for tea, candy, coffee, and other consumables.
Can I use an existing mold to avoid tooling cost?+
Yes — that is one of our biggest advantages. With thousands of existing molds, we can often match your requirements without any new tooling, saving you cost and lead time.
Can you do custom printing and finishes?+
Yes. We offer litho printing, embossing, spot UV, gloss and matte varnish, and interior lacquers. Send us your artwork and we will advise on the best process.
How long is production and delivery?+
Typical lead time is 20–30 days for custom orders, and faster for items using existing molds. Shipping options include FOB, CIF, DDP, and Amazon FBA.
What files do you need for a quote?+
Share your product dimensions, the tin size or shape you have in mind, your target quantity, and (if available) artwork. We will return a quotation and recommended structure.
Are your tins recyclable?+
Yes — 100%. Metal is endlessly recyclable without quality loss, and our tins are designed to be reusable, making them one of the most sustainable packaging options available.
