Ordering custom tin packaging can feel complicated, but a clear process makes it predictable. Here is how a typical project works with Dongguan Leyi.

First, share your product and a rough idea of size and shape. If a matching mold already exists in our library, you skip new tooling cost entirely. If not, we engineer a new mold to your exact dimensions.

Next, we agree on the structure — lid style, whether you need an inner tray or divider, and the closure (slip cover, hinged, or sealed). We then confirm the artwork and printing method, from litho printing to embossing.

Finally, you approve a pre-production sample. Once signed off, we run production, perform QC against FDA and REACH standards, and pack your tins export-ready. Most custom orders ship within 20–30 days.
